<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely find a noise distribution condition in a section for measuring, estimating and evaluating noise in a road or the like, to reasonably determine the evaluation section, town section, reference point and rear-site measuring point, and to evaluate precision of an environment noise estimation system method. <P>SOLUTION: A precise three-dimensional noise sound field database 1 is prepared, based on a noise generation source database 5 and a three-dimensional database 6 of the road, a building and the like, and a noise level in each dwelling house or the like is found referring to the noise sound field database 1. Proper evaluation section, town section, reference point and rear site measuring point are selected, by analyzing the noise sound field database 1. By having the noise level databases of all the dwelling houses or the like generated compared with the noise level found by the environment noise estimating system and estimation difference with respect to that of the estimation system method is found and the precision or the like in the estimation system is evaluated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
