PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To authenticate a plurality of different authentication systems by using the same authentication terminal apparatus, to collectively disable the authentication terminal and to improve safety for the duplication or the like of authentication information. SOLUTION: The authentication terminal apparatus 107 is provided with an authentication information storage part 211 for storing the authentication information of each target device and an identification code for identifying the storage part itself. An enable management communication part 212 transmits the identification code stored in the authentication information storage part 211 to an enable management device 109 and receives whether the authentication is enabled or not from the enable management device 109. An authentication information control part 210 stores the authentication information stored in the authentication information storage part 211 in a temporary storage part 206 when the reception of the enable management communication part 212 indicates that the authentication is enabled. An authentication communication part 205 transmits the authentication information stored in the temporary storage part 206, and an authentication device 104 performs authentication processing. An authentication information erasing part 207 erases the authentication information stored in the temporary storage part 206 after transmitting the information to the authentication device 104.
