PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a polyurethane product in which a releasing agent component is not left on the surface. SOLUTION: After a releasing agent comprising dimethyl silicone of boiling point 120-200°C or a mixture of the dimethyl silicone and a volatile solvent is applied on the inner surface of a mold, a polyurethane raw material is injected into the mold and heated, and the raw material is reacted to be cured primarily. Next, the reaction product (polyurethane molding) is taken out from the mold and heated to be cured secondarily to obtain the aimed polyurethane product. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
