PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus, equipped with a switching power supply circuit performing intermittent oscillation when power supply of a device is turned off, in which failure of actuation due to intermittent oscillation is prevented, when power is turned on. SOLUTION: A microcomputer 110 decides on the intermittent oscillation state from an oscillation on/off signal indicative of the intermittent oscillation state obtained from an oscillating operation monitoring circuit 17. Power supply to a load 120 is not started, in quick response to the input from a power switch 2a, but is started depending on the intermittent oscillation state. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
