PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid for electrophoresis display with which high contrast display can be realized and contrast display having high reliability can be performed even when repetitive display is performed by enhancing dispersion stability of the liquid and excellent low voltage driving and high response speed can be realized, to provide a display medium using the same and to provide a display apparatus. SOLUTION: The liquid for electrophoresis display contains at least an alkyl polyether amine having a specified structural unit, one or more kinds of fine particles, a dispersant and a 10-18C aliphatic saturated hydrocarbon as a dispersion liquid medium. In the medium for electrophoresis display, the liquid for electrophoresis display is encapsulated in independent structures of microcapsules or cells. The electrophoresis display apparatus has a pair of substrates on at least one of which a light transmissive electrode is formed and the electrophoresis display medium between the substrates.
