PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of determining simply and surely a proper processing condition of a sound signal differentiated by an inspection object, in an acoustic test method using a processing means of the sound signal and a neural network (NNW). SOLUTION: A digitized sound signal is processed in each step for frequency analysis, coordinate axis conversion, coordinate axis division, averaging processing, and compression processing of intensity/amplitude, and then inputted into the NNW, and learning by learing data and abnormality determination of an inspection object sound are performed. A frequency axis conversion mode or a power exponent in the compression processing is changed by using a test data set with a teacher separately from the learning data, and it is determined whether the test data set is normal or not, and a coordinate axis conversion mode wherein the correct answer rate becomes highest or the optimum condition for the power exponent in the compression processing are determined, and the abnormality determination of the inspection object sound is performed in this condition.
