PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability in a support member mounting part of a heating tube to a rotating pipe to prevent breakage. SOLUTION: This horizontal rotary drier has support plates 18 for supporting the heating tubes 11 to the inside surface of the rotating cylinder 10. In the drier, a reinforcing ring 19 running throughout the inner circumference is mounted so as to pass the mounting positions of the support plates 18 or the vicinities thereof.
