PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquefied gas tank capable of substituting gas in an inner tank, a heat exchanger, and pipes such as a gas flow-in pipe and a liquefied gas return pipe with gasified gas of the same kind as liquefied gas to be filled securely. SOLUTION: A cold end part 5a of a refrigerator 5 and the heat exchanger 5b are positioned in a vacuum space formed between an outer tank 2 and the inner tank 3, and the gas flow-in pipe 6 in which gasified gas flows from the inner tank 3, the liquefied gas return pipe 7 for returning liquefied gas into the inner tank 3, and a gas discharge pipe 11 are connected with the heat exchanger 5b. A high pressure gas supply pipe 8 and a gas discharging/filling pipe 9 are connected with the inner tank 3 to substitute gas in the inner tank 3, the heat exchanger 5b, and the pipes such as the gas flow-in pipe 6 and the liquefied gas return pipe 7 with gasified gas of the same kind as liquefied gas.
