PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal floor post capable of receiving a floor load from the inclining direction in a state without causing a change in a relative position between mutual parts. SOLUTION: This metal floor post has a height adjusting part 22 having a lower part fixed to a foundation 7, and an angle changing mechanism part 40 arranged in a joining member 24 for joining the height adjusting part 22 and a sleeper 1 and adapted to an inclination of the sleeper 1. The angle changing mechanism part 40 has a rocking member 41 integrated into the sleeper 1 side, a stationary member 45 integrated into the height adjusting part 22 side, and a shaft member 50 for joining the rocking member 41 in a state of being rockable to the stationary member 45. Flat receiving surfaces 53, 54 and 55 for receiving the load from the sleeper 1 are formed in a part of a through-hole arranged in the stationary member 45 and penetrating the shaft member 50. Flat pressurizing surfaces 61, 62 and 63 received by the receiving surfaces 53, 54 and 55 are formed in the shaft member 50.
