PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of becoming a hindrance to the spread of a house with an insecticidal net, since there is no consideration for versatility of the insecticidal net, security of a suction quantity of outside air or temperature-humidity control, though there is a cultivation method using the insecticidal net, for example, in house cultivation where crops such as chemical-free vegetables, green vegetables, fruits and flowers are found useful, since chemical-free cultivation (agrochemical reduction) is essential, when keeping an overall viewpoint and/or a global environment in mind for taking into consideration health of people, recovery of a disease and Japanese agriculture as is generally known. SOLUTION: This invention is composed of a shutter plate arranged in a shutter frame body, an interlocking plate for driving the shutter plate, a shutter for the house composed of the shutter plate and a wind pressure or driving device for moving the interlocking plate, and the insecticidal net arranged on the shutter.
