PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel 6,6-difluoro-5-hexene-1-amine derivative and an agricultural horticultural pest controlling agent comprising the same as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: The agricultural and horticultural pest controlling agent comprises a new 6,6-difluoro-5-hexene-1-amine derivative (formula I) (wherein Q is a substituent shown in figure B (I-a, I-b, I-c, I-d, I-e, I-f, I-g, I-h, I-i or I-j, provided that R1is a lower alkyl group, R2is a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom, R3is a lower alkyl group, R4is a halogen atom, R5is a halogen atom, R6is a lower alkyl group or a lower haloalkyl group, R7is a halogen atom, and X is an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom)) shown in figure A and/or its synthetic intermediate, 6,6-difluoro-5-hexene-1-amine (formula II) shown in figure A as an active ingredient.
