The invention relates to a device for loading rolls (B) of wiping materials in an automatic-strip-cutting dispenser of the type that comprises a casing (1) which receives a cover (2) that is articulated at the lower part thereof. The lower part of the casing receives a drum with a pressure roller cutting device being disposed between lower flanges (5) and upper roll-supporting flanges (6, 7). The invention is characterised in that the device comprises: first means (8, 13) for placing the roll in a pre-positioning phase opposite the upper flanges (6, 7) which are designed to support same, and second means (9, 14) for maintaining the roll between the upper flanges (6, 7) when the cover is being closed which causes the roll to be transferred from one position to the other owing to the arrangement and articulation of the upper flanges (6, 7) by means (10, 15, 16) acting against the cover (2), in order to enable said transfer and the subsequent automatic dispensing and cutting of the strip of material. |
