摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer return service method for a recording medium which facilitates the registration and authentification of contents recorded in the recording medium so as to duplicate the contents without visiting a selling shop. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for customer return service, contents information transmitted from a destribution center 1 is recorded in a recording medium in a selling shop 2, an IC tag is added to the recording medium, registration information written in the IC tag is transmitted to the destribution center 1, and when a customer 3 purchases the recording medium to which the IC tag is added from the selling shop 2 and the contents of the recording medium are deteriorated, the customer 3 can obtain the same contents. Access right registration ID is received from the destribution center 1 on the basis of the registration information written in the IC tag, and when the contents information of the recording medium is deteriorated, the same information as contents information is received from the destribution center 1 on the basis of the access right registration ID and the customer 3 records the received contents information in a new recording medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
