<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which community-based information such as the disaster information of fire information or heavy rain or the like is collated with reference location data registered by a receiver, an object person who wishes to receive information is extracted, and community-based information is transmitted only to the pertinent object person through an electronic mail. <P>SOLUTION: A person who wishes to receive information (that is, an information reception wisher) is made to register location data being the reference of the principal as addresses or zip codes, and the location data are converted into latitude/longitude and stored as reference location data, and a distance(information request distance) between a regional range to which transmission is desired by the information reception wisher and the reference location is registered with a radius. Thus, it is possible to calculate a distance between the reference location and a region where any disaster such as a fire occurs is calculated, and the information reception wisher whose distance is pertinent to the information request distance is extracted as the object person who wishes to receive information, and the disaster information is transmitted only to the extracted pertinent person through an electronic mail. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
