PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water/water mixing valve capable of easily driving a water-side main valve and a hot water-side main valve with small operating force without directly driving the water-side main valve and the hot water-side main valve on which water supply pressure and hot water supply pressure are directly acted, against these pressures. SOLUTION: This hot water/water mixing valve 10 includes a water inflow passage 14 and a hot water inflow passage 15, the water-side main valve 22 and the hot water-side main valve 24, a water-side back pressure chamber 30 and a hot water-side back pressure chamber 32 respectively communicated with the water inflow passage 14 and the hot water inflow passage 16 through small holes 34, a water-side pilot passage 38 and a hot water-side pilot passage 39, and a water-side pilot valve 40 and a hot water-side pilot valve 42 respectively mounted on end parts of a common temperature adjusting shaft 36, and increasing and decreasing valve openings by axial movement with inverse relationship to each other. The water-side pilot valve 22 and the hot water-side pilot valve 24 are displaced by following the positional movement of the water-side pilot valve 40 and the hot water-side pilot valve 32 in accompany with the axial movement of the temperature adjusting shaft 36 to increase and decrease their openings with inverse relationship to each other, thus a mixing ratio of the hot water and water is changed.
