PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating device, decreasing the thickness of a housing, and reducing the width of a spacer, whereby a main shaft device can be made compact. SOLUTION: This lubricating device 10 includes: a nozzle piece 11 having a lubricating oil inlet 17 and a lubricating oil injection port 18 connected to a lubricating oil pipe 12 to communicate with each other and inserted in a piece fitting hole 43 formed in the axial direcito of a rotating shaft 31 in a housing 35; a sealing member having a close contact surface 21 elastically deformed to closely adhere to the nozzle piece 11 and a lubricating oil pipe conduit 20 for passing the lubricating oil pipe 12; and a pressing member 14 having a sealing member storing part 15 for storing the sealing member 13 and pressing the nozzle piece 11 through the sealing member 13. The pressing member 14 is screwed in the piece fitting hole 43 to make the close contact surface 21 of the sealing member 13 closely adhere to the side end surface of the lubricating oil inlet 17 of the nozzle piece 11.
