PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parts fastening screw driver unit stably detecting torque by a rotation angle difference. SOLUTION: In this screw driver unit, a driving shaft 20a of an AC servo motor 20 and a driving tool 25 are connected via a torsion coil spring 22. A resolver 21 outputting a signal showing an absolute rotation angle of the driving shaft 20a, a resolver 24 capable of outputting a signal showing an absolute rotation angle of the driving tool 25 and a control unit 3 are provided. The control unit 3 indexes a specific rotation angle difference of the driving shaft 20a and the driving tool 24 in a no-driving state of the AC servo motor 20 from the signals of the resolvers 21 and 24, and confirms whether the specific rotation angle difference is in a region lower than a using region of the rotation angle difference for detecting rotation load torque when fastening the parts.
