PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft synthetic resin cover for an album with a pocket of a simple structure formed for accommodating a compact disc. SOLUTION: One of sheet portions (3) and (3) which constitute holders (5) and (5) in a soft synthetic resin cover sheet (1), has an extension sheet piece (7) extending from the oblique inside edge of one of the sheet portions (3) and (3) and also a slot (9), which constitutes an inlet/outlet for the compact disc, formed along the oblique inside edge with joints with the extension sheet piece (7) left intact at the top and bottom of one of the sheet portions (3) and (3). In addition, the extension sheet piece (7) forms the pocket (10) for accommodating the compact disc together with one of the sheet portions (3) and (3) by folding the extension sheet piece (7) into the holder (5) centering around the folding lines of the joints.
