PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball amount management device allowing a player to freely select a return place by managing the amount of balls of a Pachinko island platform. SOLUTION: This ball amount management device 5 which controls the actuation of a feed device 6 of a Pachinko island platform adjacent to a Pachinko island platform provided with an actuated reference sensor in a state where either one of reference sensors 8a-8e out of a plurality of Pachinko island platforms 1a-1e detects the deficiency of the amount of retained balls, and controls to feed the balls to a Pachinko island platform deficient in the amount of the retained balls via upper part feed passages 4a-4e is provided, so that the amount of the retained balls inside the Pachinko island platforms 1a-1e can be constantly retained in just proportion by the reference sensors 8a-8e and the player can return prize balls to any one of prize ball return devices attached to either one of the Pachinko island platforms.
