PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary tightening device capable of fixing a movable body movable by rotating a driving shaft screw-fitting the movable body by a driving means and tightening additionally without providing a driving means exclusive for secondary tightening and to provide a vice provided with this secondary tightening device and a forming machine provided with this secondary tightening device. SOLUTION: This secondary tightening device is composed of a first clutch provided between an output shaft of the driving means and a driving shaft to disconnect input to the driving shaft of output of the driving means, a second clutch provided on a driving shaft side of the first clutch, and a flywheel provided between the first clutch and the second clutch. The second clutch is disengaged after positioning the movable body at a predetermined fixing position to rotate the flywheel at predetermined rotation speed by the driving means, and then the first clutch is disengaged and the second clutch is engaged to rotate the driving shaft by the flywheel for secondary tightening.
