The mixture comprises meat, fluid used in roasting, frying, boiling and/or cooking the meat, and a vegetable proportion. The meat is pork and/or beef and/or mutton and the fluid used arises from it during cooking. The vegetable portion is cabbage and or a bulb plant (e.g. onion, leek, garlic). 40-55% is meat, with a vegetable percentage of 5-15%. The mixture is filled into a sausage casing. |
