The valve (107) has a valve seat in which a valve element (111), e.g. ball, is arranged. A throttle portion (125) is formed for accelerating the valve element when the valve is opened and when the acceleration phase of flowing fuel is increased to maintain or increase the pressure inside a return pipe. The valve element is pressed against the valve seat, which is formed on a valve body, by a spring (113).
