<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection member which permits a lower cost because of a small number of the total number of lamination, has antifouling property and electric conductivity, hardly causes coloring and particularly has excellent mechanical characteristic such as scratch resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The antireflection member is composed of a base material, a hard coat layer and a monolayer or multilayer antireflection layer. Therein, surface roughness Ra of the hard coat layer satisfies conditions expressed by the following relations (1), (2) and the film thickness of a layer in contact with the hard coat layer of the monolayer antireflection layer or the multilayer antireflection layer is 6 to 13 nm; Ra1=minimum 1.4 nm to maximum 13 nm (area 5μm×5μm) (1), Ra2=minimum 2.2 nm to maximum 26 nm (area 20μm×20μm) (2). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
