PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely combine character information with a source image obtained by imaging contents of a sport game. SOLUTION: Attribute information showing attributes of respective wearers of a radio tag is respectively associated with a wearer identifier for identifying the respective wearers and is stored in a database. The position of each player in a pitch is specified on the basis of the electric field intensity of radio waves transmitted by a radio tag worn by a player performing a game in the pitch. Furthermore, when a certain one or a plurality of players are determined to advance into an imaging area of a relay source image inputted from a television camera, attribute information of the advancing players is combined with the relay source image.
