PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic anchor cable capable of providing durability and less change in basic performance from the start of usage, and achieving reduction in permanent elongation and improvement in tensile strength after assembling. SOLUTION: This elastic anchor cable is constituted of a core elastic body 1 in a column shape provided at a center, a reinforcement string layer 3 formed of a reinforcement string 2 wound around the outer periphery of the core elastic body without gaps, and a covered elastic body 4 which covers the outer periphery of the reinforcement string layer. The reinforcement string layer 3 is wound without gaps, and constituted so that the core elastic body may not be brought into contact with the covered elastic body.
