<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a point in settlement via a cellular phone. <P>SOLUTION: This point management system is constructed of the cellular phone 10, a center device 20, a settlement terminal device 30, and a card management device 40. The center device 20 gives ID information of a cellular phone capable of using the system and registers it. The settlement terminal device 30 reads credit information of the cellular phone 10 to carry out necessary settlement.
