An extruded and cooked product in the shape of a sausage is shaped between two rollers (7, 8) rotating in opposite directions. Each roller is cooled by a fluid circulating inside it and rotated by the hollow motor shafts (18, 19) on which they are mounted. Both shafts are powered by a single electric motor (3). The shaping rollers and shafts are positioned in a support (6) which can be moved between two positions by sliding up a ramp (12). The first is the operating position (as shown) and the second allows the shaping rollers to be removed and replaced. |
