PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple fastening element capable of securing an inserted pin as quickly as possible, having high cost efficiency, being disposable, in particular constituted of an injected plastic. SOLUTION: This fastening element 10 for fastening a plurality of rodlike elements 100 has two jaws 11, 12 facing each other. The jaws 11, 12 have a large number of grooves 13 for receiving the corresponding number of rodlike elements 100 such as bone pins. The fastening element 10 is equipped with a spring element 90 making the closed jaws 11, 12 tense and holding the rodlike element 100 at predetermined positions in a stationary position.
