PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure of an electric motor for use in an electrically driven vehicle configured so that the motor and a power transmitting means interposed between the motor and driving wheels are accommodated in a transmission case borne by a body frame in such a condition that a motor case is exposed to outside at least partially, capable of protecting the transmission case by covering it with a cover, enhancing the sound shutting performance and the design quality of the outside appearance, and of establishing effective cooling of the motor. SOLUTION: The cover 125 for the transmission case 50 is furnished with aeration holes 126 and 127 for cooling that portion of the motor case 71 exposed from the transmission case 50 with the running wind.
