PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct the deviation of the center point of an image from a target center point without enlarging an apparatus body and without performing a complicated drive control. SOLUTION: This digital camera device includes a release operating means, an imaging means, an image data storage means, and a correction processing means. The release operating means outputs a release signal by being operated by a user. The imaging means forms the image of a subject in response to a release signal. The image data storage means stores the image data based on the image focused on a focusing element. The correction processing means performs a center point correction process for the image data of the image formed on an image forming element, so that the image center point thereof approaches a point as the image center on the image forming element, at the release signal output or immediately before it based on the detection result either at least the displacement of the image forming element and the posture change of the image forming element.
