PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce material cost of a balance weight while maintaining optimum balance of the balance weight. SOLUTION: The balance weights 1a, 1b installed on an end surface of a rotor 2b have shapes forming parts of a circle of which outer diameter and inner diameter are concentric with the rotor 2b and center angles 120-160°. Consequently, material cost thereof can be reduced by keeping thickness of the balance weight as small as possible and making weight of the balance weight small while optimum balance of the balance weight.
