PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a treatment agent composition for a textile product, which does not need classification in a washing process, is applied to an automatic feed opening of a washing machine, provides a textile product such as clothing, etc., with proper tension and touch, controls wrinkle formation and does not cause a problem of composition discoloration during preservation. SOLUTION: The treatment agent for a textile product composition comprises (a) a nonionic organic compound that contains 1-5 polyoxyalkylene groups having 5-200 number-average addition molar number of oxyalkylene groups and one-three 10-32C hydrocarbon groups and has 30-80°C melting point and (b) an amino-modified silicone compound modified with a group represented by the formula: -R-NH<SB>2</SB>(R is a 1-5C alkylene group directly bonded to Si) in the mass ratio of the component (a)/the component (b) of 10/1-1/4.
