PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a apparatus of producing electrode foil for a capacitor where, at the time of producing electrode foil for a capacitor used for various electronic appliances, the problem that the efficiency of the temperature control in an etching liquid is inferior and the precision thereof is also inferior is solved, and the temperature control in the etching liquid can be efficiently performed in a short time also at high precision. SOLUTION: By making a constitution where a heating part 6 and a cooling part 7 for increasing or reducing the temperature of an etching liquid 2 are provided with respectively independent first heat exchanger 4 and second heat exchanger 5, the heating part 6 and the cooling part 7 are simultaneously operated and steam and cooling water can be fed, respectively, thus the temperature control in the etching liquid 2 can be efficiently performed in a short time also at high precision.
