PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple refuse storage which requires no large installation area, and is easily operated and simply moved. SOLUTION: An upper bar and a lower bar are connected to each other by a side bar, and a substantially square-shaped outer frame with a lower end of the side bar protruded from the lower bar and an inner frame of the same shape as that of the outer frame are formed. A side bar of the other frame is passed through a ring which is turnably supported by either side bar of the outer and inner frames, and assembled in a vertically movable manner. A lower end of each side member is turnably mounted on lower bars of the outer and inner frames, and each guide bar suspended from the upper bars of the outer and inner frames is arranged on the side members in a vertically slidable manner to make the outer and inner frames collapsible. A bottom plate which is foldable by a hinge is mounted on the lower bar of the outer frame and the lower bar of the inner frame, and a flexible member is stretched over both edges of the side member.
