PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exchange only a blow-out grill at low cost at the malfunction of the blow-out grill during the use of a vehicle while preventing the drop-off of the blow-out grill in a vehicle assembling line or the like. SOLUTION: An engagement part 16 is provided on an outer peripheral frame body 11 of the blow-out grill 1 and a clip member 2 for attaching the blow-out grill 1 to an opening 41 when a ceiling assembly is delivered to the vehicle assembling line and the other clip member for attaching a new blow-out grill 1 to the opening 41 when the blow-out grill 1 is exchanged can be selectively engaged and fixed to the engagement part 16. The clip member 2 engages the blow-out grill 1 with the opening 41 by abutting on the tip 221 of a leg 22 on the back surface of the opening 41 edge of a ceiling material 4 and the other clip member engages the blow-out grill with the opening by abutting on the inwardly elastically deformable and outwardly swelled leg on the back surface of the opening edge of the ceiling material.
