Cutters (2,2') are distributed in the axial direction. Some of the cutters are continuous while the other cutters are interrupted by recesses (4) such that incisors (3,3') are formed. The continuous cutters are spaced by a smaller radial distance from the axis (6) than the interrupted cutters.
