Two-way dispatch envelope (20) has a rectangular back section (21) its shorter side height adapted to diameter of circular data carrier (10). Front section (22) folds upto a height of back section and is hinged forming a bag with lateral gap (38) for data carrier. First sealing flap (24) on the back closes the envelope on the mailing way and the other sealing flap (23) closes the envelope on the return mailing. The width of the back section as well as the two sealing flaps are almost equal. The first sealing flap and twist flap are glued & outside of back section is also glued while the gluing section of second sealing flap is in binding with the first, which is fitted with the removable plastic film.
