A spacer scattering device, comprising head containers (42) forming head chambers (43A) and in which openings (37) allowing the inside of the head chambers (43A) to communicate with the outside thereof are formed, jetting parts (50) jetting a spacer-containing liquid (12) in the head chambers (43A) from the openings (37) to the outside of the head chambers, a storage tank (20) storing the spacer-containing liquid (12), first tubes (L4) forming flow passages allowing the inside of the head chambers (43A) to communicate with the outside thereof and leading the spacer-containing liquid (12) from the storage tank (20) into the head chambers (43A), second tubes (L6) forming flow passages allowing the inside of the head chambers (43B) to communicate with the outside thereof and leading the spacer-containing liquid (12) in the head chambers (43A) to the outside of the head chambers, and a delivery pump (70) sucking and discharging the spacer-containing liquid in the head chambers (43A) through the second tubes (L6). The inner diameter of the first tubes (L4) is larger than that of the second tubes (L6).
