PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently realize communication accompanied by division/restoration of flow.

SOLUTION: This communication equipment 1 has: a data division/restoration processing part 1-2 which divides transmission data into a plurality of blocks; a reach time calculation part 7-4 which estimates reach time until the divided block reaches the final receiving terminal or a device at a junction of the data by every block for each of a plurality of connections, and selects connection with the shortest reach time for every block among the plurality of connections based on an estimation result among the plurality of connections; and a network processing part 1-3 which outputs each block to a network using the selected connection.
