<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor for independently performing gradation conversion of a video signal for each pixel unit or area, and to provide an imaging device and an image processing program. <P>SOLUTION: In this image processor of Figure, a parameter inputting part 101 inputs a parameter for gradation conversion processing, a parameter storing part 102 stores the inputted parameter, a region designating part 103 designates an area in video signals, a gradation conversion processing part 104 performs gradation conversion processing to the designated region and the designated region is displayed on a displaying part 105.
