PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage control device capable of improving access performance even for sequential access or when a hit rate is low in random access. SOLUTION: Access information 500 for each logical disk device 200 is collected; and the access information 500 is presented to a maintenance person through an SVP 111. When a reallocation direction 620 for maintenance persons is issued, physical disk devices 105 are rearranged between two of the directed logical disk devices 200 and all data are continuously restored.
