PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a manager to correctly and efficiently manage a worker's dynamic state. SOLUTION: A dynamic state management system manages a dynamic state of a worker of a vehicle 30 by sending and receiving information between a dynamic state management server 80 via a portable terminal 10 connected with a car navigation system 20 mounted on the vehicle 30 and used by the worker through the Internet line 70. The dynamic state management server 80 is constituted to extract an arbitrary customer information and sends it to the car navigation system 20 via the portable terminal 10, display prescribed in-transit information when receiving predicted destination arrival time from the car navigation system 20 via the portable terminal 10, display prescribed in-working information when receiving destination arrival completion information from the car navigation system 20 via the portable terminal 10, and display prescribed work completion information when receiving work completion information from the car navigation system 20 via the portable terminal 10.
