PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry out temperature control of a heat exchanger for air conditioning carrying out air conditioning, and heat exchangers for cooling carrying out cooling of an interior in a refrigerating device carrying out a binary refrigerating cycle. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger 45 for air conditioning carried out by changing between indoor cooling and heating is provided in only a high stage side refrigerant circuit 8, and the heat exchangers 47a, 47b and 49 for cooling carrying out cooling of the interior are provided in only a low stage side refrigerant circuit 9.
