PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact solenoid valve capable of flowing a large flow rate by reducing pressure loss while suppressing increase of internal volume. SOLUTION: In this compact solenoid valve 1 constituted by forming a COM port 5b, an NC port 5a, and an NO port 5c in a "housing" to communicate them with a valve chamber 12, providing a first valve seat 6a and a second valve seat 6b in opening parts where the NO port 5c or the NC port 5a is opened in the valve chamber 12, respectively, and swinging a swing valve 7 supported in the "housing" so as to swing by a solenoid mechanism 16 to let a diaphragm 11 abut on or leave the first and second valve seats 6a, 6b alternately and switch a communicating condition of the ports, the area of the COM port 5b is made twice or more and 2.5 times or less the area of the NC port 5a or the NO port 5c.
