PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to repair while assembling effectively a panel and supporting on the inner peripheral face of an existing tunnel and smoothly transfering the excavation muck and repairing panels. SOLUTION: A trestle 30 is provided at the behind of the cutting portion of the inner face of an existing tunnel 10 in the advancing direction, preferably to be self-propel and movable. A panel assembly part 40 for assembling a repairing panel on the inner face of the excavated tunnel and the panel support part 50 for retaining the repair panel after the panel assembly at the rear side are disposed in the trestle 30. In the trestle 30, the muck discharge passage way 32 feeding the muck generated by excavating the tunnel from the front side to the back side through a zone surrounded by the panel assembly part 40 and the panel support part 50 and a panel supply conveying passage 34 supplying the repair panels forward from the rearward through a zone surrounded by the panel assembly part 40 and the panel support part 50 are respectively provided.
