PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve crime preventiveness by impeding illegal unlocking performed by hooking an inserted wire, bar, or the like to a grip part of a thumb-turn to rotate the thumb-turn. SOLUTION: The thumb-turn is provided with a connecting shaft 3 for inputting turning operating force to a lock case mechanism part; a support frame 6 positioned coaxially with the connecting shaft 3 and rotatably provided at a door or a lock case; and a grip part 16 provided with a fitting part 17 fitted to the connecting shaft 3, at the base end, provided slidably in an axis direction between a fitted position A to the connecting shaft 3 and a detached position B detached from the connecting shaft 3, swinging in the detached position B, provided with a regulating means 15 for regulating sliding motion in the axis direction, and provided at the support frame 6.
