There is provided a security cradle for laying down or laying asleep an infant, the cradle comprising: a body (10) having an entrance (12) for housing the infant at one side and a curved bottom; and a handle (14) at a top portion; a protective belt (20) provided at the inside of the body (10) to protect the infant from being separated; a belt groove (30) formed at a rear end of the body (10) to fasten to a seat belt S of a vehicle; and a protective net (40) provided in the entrance (12) of the body (10) to be folded by open-and-shut means. Therefore, it is possible to provide a security cradle for an infant which is convenient for carrying, protects an infant from an invasion of a pet and an insect, etc., and comfortably protects the infant in a state where the infant is laid down by providing in the vehicle seat when moving in the vehicle.
