<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tobacco odor deodorizer containing as active ingredient a highly safe natural plant extract and showing high effect to tobacco odor, to provide food and drink and a deodorizing composition containing the deodorizer, and to provide a method for producing and using the deodorizer. <P>SOLUTION: This tobacco odor deodorizer has as active ingredient the natural plant extract of at least one kind selected from the group consisting of Boswellia carterii, Leonurus cardiaca, Mallotus japonicus, Angelica archangelica, and Myrtus comunis.
