<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost for a providing side and a providing destination of satellite images. <P>SOLUTION: In a step S3-01, newly added accepting order matter information is retrieved. In a step S3-02, a photographing period is calculated from an acquired desired photographing timing. In a step S3-03, an area is calculated which can be photographed on a same orbit from a photographing orbit of a satellite acquired from a photographing area.
