<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame generator by which a variable range of a field of a transmitting frame required for network measurement is not restrained by memory capacity. <P>SOLUTION: The frame generator which outputs the transmitting frame generated based on a field value of a frame to the network, has a memory which stores a reference frame as the initial frame of the transmitting frame, a field operation part which outputs an optional field value of an input frame and calculates difference by contrasting the field value and a field value to which the reference frame corresponds, a checksum operation part which calculates checksum generated by the difference and a field control part in which the arbitrary field value and the checksum are inputted and which determines where of the transmitting frame they are inserted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
